Corrupted Kingdoms casts the lead as a hero or a villain depending on how the story is played. He begins on a journey to find out why his family was driven out of their home town, and is pulled into events larger than that errand as tension rises between humans and the mythical creatures living just out of sight. The choice offered by the premise is whether to act as a beacon of hope or to use the power that arrives in the course of the story to bring the world under control. Fantasy, adventure and RPG tags describe the frame, with corruption, mind control and monster girl material inside it.

Version 0.2.2 Remake is the current build, released on 1 March 2026 and last updated on 30 April 2026. It runs on Ren'Py and ships for Windows, Mac, Linux and Android, in English, uncensored. No download size is recorded. Because the project was rebuilt as a remake, the numbering restarted at a low figure: the 0.2.2 here belongs to the rebuilt line, not to the original run that reached the 0.22 versions kept in the older changelog.

The 0.2.2 remake build is a maintenance release in the main. Its changelog describes a complete overhaul for translators that exposes every string in the game, including inline tooltips, so that each line of text can be edited, and a full pass of fixes for every bug reported at the time of posting. It also removed a hidden hotspot in the train section of the prologue that was leaving players stuck in loops; that section now runs as a normal part of the prologue. The 0.1.0 remake build that started the line was much larger, adding an upgraded Rehabilitation Centre where therapy sessions have to be played through before a recruit becomes available, a war room option that auto-wins battles for players who want the story without combat, a squad fight practice mode, and a speech system built to let characters be summoned for conversation.

How it plays is district by district. Acts One, Two and Three move the lead through places named in the changelog - Northside, The Glades, the Bridge, the College and the Manor - and exploration events decide what opens in each. Buildings are constructed and staffed, recruits are taken from the dungeon or put through therapy, and squads are assigned to buildings and functions. Combat runs through the war room, with battle options that skip it entirely. Scavenging for supplies covers the materials construction needs, and character data tracks states such as broken or rehabilitated, which changes how a recruit behaves afterwards. The scene work is animated 3DCG, and the tag list includes monster girls, pregnancy, ahegao and spanking alongside the corruption and mind control themes.

The remake is ongoing. Releases in the current line are numbered 0.1.0 and 0.2.2, the second dated March 2026 with a follow-up pass at the end of April 2026. The changelog from the 0.1.0 remake notes a weekly early-access rhythm, with the next build announced for a Monday in June. An archive of the older changelog, running from the 0.18 line to 0.22.3d, is kept alongside the remake entries.
