ElCharlo released 0.13.2a on 25 September 2026 and pushed an update on 8 October 2026, so the project is active. Ren'Py handles dialogue, choices and the save system, which means the whole game is a folder and an executable. Version numbers in the 0.x range also tell you the content is still being extended.
