About Haley's Story

The story runs on relationships rather than systems. A male lead works through a cast built around romance, humor and a pair of twins, and the developer's tags point to cheating and corruption as the pressure points that move scenes forward. There is no map, no inventory and no combat: the whole game is dialogue, character art and choice.

Presentation is rendered 3D with animation in the scene art, which is the main difference from the many static visual novels built in the same engine. Dialogue options decide who the lead spends time with, and the story answers those choices in later chapters rather than straight away. Nothing here is timed, so there is no pressure to rush a reply.

Version 1.1 is labelled Pre-Patched, and no later build is recorded, so the download is the finished game rather than a snapshot of unfinished work. All four platforms run the same script, and this page keeps the newest files for each of them. Because development is closed, the ending in this build is the final one and no extra chapter is planned.
