About Heavy Hearts
This one is an action RPG rather than a visual novel: action combat is tagged, an arpg label sits beside it, and the art is 2D and animated. A female protagonist leads against monsters, with monster girl and tentacle content in the mix, plus romance and mind control threads. Furry and bestiality tags also appear, so the cast is not limited to human characters.
Version 1.12 was released on 5 March 2026, with the last recorded update on 10 March 2026. Windows is the only platform in the card. Spanish is detected automatically at start and F1 switches the language, which the listing notes directly rather than leaving it to a menu hunt. The download table holds no entries, so this page follows the release without offering files.
With combat in the loop, saves are worth treating carefully even in a finished build. There is no later patch to fix a corrupted slot, so keep two saves and rotate them across boss fights. Because the project is complete, the version will not move again, which makes 1.12 the reference point for anything you read about the game.
