Kingdom of Deception

About Kingdom of Deception

The story follows a young noblewoman whose position collapses and who has to rebuild influence from nothing. Chapters alternate between court scenes and travel, with conflict resolved through choices rather than a battle system. Reputation and the way you answer people decide which allies stay with you.

Monsters, corruption and open hostility shape the middle chapters. The writing is dark and treats humiliation as a plot device rather than a joke, so the tone holds steady. Because it is a Ren'Py novel there is no grind: content unlocks through scenes, and branches can be seen across a couple of playthroughs with saves.

Downloads are posted for Windows and Mac. Linux is listed among the supported platforms but has no file on the card. Version 0.14.2.3 is the current build and the project is still moving, so a new chapter will replace it eventually. Text is English, the build is uncensored, and the content is adult only.
