Management and strategy tags describe the loop: resources, slaves, prostitution and corruption all appear on the card, and a sandbox tag suggests you set the pace yourself. Combat is not the focus. Graphic violence is flagged, so the ruined-world frame is not just scenery, and the slave and prostitution tags put the settlement economy at the centre of the story rather than at its edges.
The story is a harem setup with a male lead, and scene tags run from titfuck, oral and vaginal to anal, footjob, spanking and creampie. Twins, incest, female domination and virgin tags also appear.
