About Lust Epidemic
The loop is investigation, not combat. You walk the map, inspect objects, collect items and talk to characters, and the story only advances once a puzzle is solved or a location is opened. That structure makes the game closer to a point and click adventure with RPG Maker plumbing than to a visual novel, and it rewards keeping notes about what each room contains.
