The game takes place in a men's room. A stall, a hole in the wall, and a signal: tapping a foot under the divider, and waiting to see whether it is answered. If it is, the stranger comes through the hole and a two-minute round begins, with the player's hand as the only tool. Each man has his own tastes and tells, one preferring a slow stroke along the shaft, one accepting only the head, one finishing before the round has properly started. Reading the body and finding what works is the skill the game is built on, and catching the result in the cup reveals who the stranger was.

The current build is v0.1.0 Demo on Godot, released for Windows only on 2026-10-28. English is the only language listed and the content is uncensored. No file size is published. The demo contains three men, the Milk and Edge modes, a rank ladder that runs from Newcomer to Legend, one perk and one shop item, and a second perk unlocked by writing a comment in the game. The install notes give Windows 10 or 11 in 64-bit as the target, a recommended card around GTX 1660, RTX 2060 or RX 5600 with 16 GB of memory, and a stated minimum of GTX 970 or RX 470 with 4 GB of video memory and 8 GB of memory.
