Management is the frame, and the day splits between building the club, assigning staff and handling the requests that come in. Adventure sections break up the routine, sending you out for recruits and supplies, so the game alternates between numbers and scenes rather than staying in one mode. A day never runs long, which keeps the loop quick enough to repeat and makes the business feel like something you can actually run.
Training is the other half. Each monster girl has her own progression, and the work you assign changes how she develops, which is why the game is often described as a trainer as much as a club sim. Art is 2DCG, and the cast leans on fantasy archetypes rather than a realistic setting, with a romance layer sitting on top of the business loop.
