My Sister & I

About My Sister & I

The game is a dating sim told in first person from a male lead's side, with animated 3DCG art and a tone that leans on humour between the romance beats. Teasing, groping, handjob and vaginal scenes are tagged, pregnancy is on the list, and the incest tag marks the central relationship. Character designs are built around big ass and big tits proportions, and virgin and ahegao tags appear on the same list.

Version 0.9 was released on 16 September 2025 and the thread was last updated on 11 December 2025. The project is listed as ongoing, so further versions are expected. Windows, Mac, Linux and Android packages are all available, the text is English only, and the game is uncensored. Ren'Py drives the dialogue and choice menus on each build.

An ongoing game can change save data between versions, so keep a copy of the save folder before installing a newer build and note which version your progress came from. The Android package installs as an app and is listed separately from the desktop archives. The card lists no DLC or add-on for this build, so what ships with 0.9 is everything available right now.

How to install
