The viewpoint moves: both male and female protagonists are tagged, which fits a story told across more than one household. Animated 3D renders supply the visuals. Milf, cheating, exhibitionism and netorare entries name the content, and swinging and lesbian tags round it out. Repeat visits to neighbours are the structure the design suggests, and the card does not list a sandbox system or any stat tracking to go with those visits.
