Oath of Loyalty

About Oath of Loyalty

The story is chapter based and choice led. Scenes are animated rather than still, and the writing works on tension: teasing, stripping and romance scenes sit next to a mob subplot that keeps pushing the stakes. It reads as a story-first game, with no management or combat layer to clear first. Ten chapters is the full run, so the pace stays even from the opening to the last scene.

The supporting cast does a lot of the work. Older women, a harem structure and gangster figures all share the screen with the lead, and the mystery thread runs across chapters instead of resolving early. Because the game is a visual novel, most of the variety comes from which scenes you reach rather than from systems.

Development stopped at Chapter 10, released on 9 July 2021 and last touched on 12 July 2021, and the project is marked abandoned. Windows, Mac, Linux and Android builds are all listed, so the story still runs on a phone even though it will not be continued. The text is English only, with no other translations attached.
