About Ochiru Hitozuma
The game is built around a married-woman premise, with a male lead and a corruption arc that runs through the whole story. Art is drawn 2D with animated sequences, and voice work covers the cast rather than a few lines. Multiple endings branch from the choices, and the tag list includes cheating, mind control and pregnancy themes alongside darker content warnings.
Black Lilith shipped the Japanese release on 23 December 2011 and the English version on 18 April 2017, with the thread last updated in October 2020. Windows is the only platform named, and the build is listed as completed. No download rows sit on the card at the moment, so this page tracks the latest known release instead of promising files.
With the game finished, the English version from 2017 is the one to look for, and nothing newer has been recorded since the 2020 update. The engine is listed as other rather than a named framework, which usually means a custom or older Japanese runtime. Keep an eye on the row count here if you are waiting for files to appear.
