Refuge of Embers

About Refuge of Embers

Refuge of Embers puts a male protagonist in a fantasy world built on religion, adventure and romance. Animated scenes carry the adult content, and the cast supports harem and group routes next to single-partner paths. The card notes that fetish content can be switched off in the options menu, so a run can be tuned without editing files.

The current version is 0.24b, first published on 2 October 2026 and patched the following day. Ten mirror links cover Windows, macOS, Linux and Android. Fantasy games in active development usually grow by adding regions and side characters rather than rewriting the opening, and this build is early enough for that pattern.

Everything runs on Ren'Py, so moving between the desktop and Android builds is a matter of copying the save folder across. Keep a copy before each patch, because version numbers in the low 0.2 range still move quickly and old saves can stop loading. The release is uncensored and English-only, and the fetish toggle in the options menu lets you trim what appears.
