About Secret Care Cafe
The business side comes first. Shifts, service and the state of the cafe decide what unlocks next, so progress is tied to how well the place runs rather than to a chapter counter. A poorly kept cafe closes off scenes that a well-run one opens, which makes the management layer part of the story instead of a minigame bolted onto it.
Staff relationships grow alongside those numbers, with the adult material paced by how far the business has come. The setting keeps the cast in one place, which means most scenes happen between the counter, the back room and the people who keep coming back. Swinging and netorase routes sit among the longer chains.
Version 0.9.5 is the build listed here, released and updated on 1 October 2026, and the project is ongoing. Windows and Mac downloads are available, and the game is in English only. Because the version is still short of 1.0, later builds are likely to add to the management side and to the staff routes.
