About Tales of Androgyny

The game is built around exploration and combat rather than a single storyline. You pick a starting class, move through a map of connected areas and meet characters who react to your reputation, your body and the choices made earlier. Losing a fight is a branch rather than a game over, and the story simply continues from there.

Battles are turn based and menu driven, with skills, items and positioning deciding the outcome. Art is hand-drawn and animated, and scenes respond to the character you built, so a run that leans on one stat finds different content than a balanced one. Version 0.3.73.5 is the current release and the English build is uncensored.

Downloads cover Windows, Mac, Linux and Android from the same Java core. Because the project is still being developed, expect balance and combat changes between versions. Back up a save before updating if you are halfway through a route, and keep the platform you started on to avoid mixing build states.
