The loop is hunt, fight, recruit. Combat is turn based, so each encounter is about reading the enemy's pattern and picking the right action instead of reacting in real time. Monster girls who lose to you can join the party, and the harem structure keeps the roster expanding, with each new character bringing their own scenes.
