About Monster Girl Island
The game is fully 3D and animated, with adventure and simulation tags carrying the loop: explore the island, meet its residents and unlock scenes. Monster girls, MILFs and a large monster cast make up the characters, and reverse rape and female domination are tagged alongside handjob, oral, vaginal and footjob scenes. A male protagonist holds the point of view.
Version 0.44.3 is dated 27 August 2020, and the card records 30 August 2020 as the last update. Only Windows and Linux builds are listed, so there is no Mac or Android package. English is the sole language, and the game is uncensored. No download mirrors are attached right now: this page tracks the last release and will show files if they appear, without promising a working mirror today.
Abandoned status means no further patches, no ending fixes and no compatibility work for newer systems. The Unity build is several years old, so expect launcher quirks on current hardware. Keep the extracted folder intact and avoid moving it mid-playthrough, since the game looks for its data files relative to the executable.
